We Are Leak Repair Experts.
A ceiling stain, water near rooftop equipment or a leak that keeps coming back? We investigate where water enters, how it travels and what needs repairing.

You receive photos, video and a clear written repair plan so you can understand the problem, share the findings with the owner and approve the right work.

We coordinate access and scheduling with your team to help protect the building, its occupants and your operations.

Repairs for Your Building’s Roofing System

TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal, shingles and coated roofs. We assess the material and condition before recommending how to repair it.

What We Fix

 Repairs That Address the Cause

• Punctures, tears and open or failing roof seams

• Damaged flashing at walls, roof edges and around rooftop equipment

• Worn seals around pipes, vents, skylights and other roof openings

• Loose fasteners, damaged metal panels and missing or damaged shingles

• Blocked drains, gutters and downspouts causing overflow or water to back up

• Previous repairs that haven’t resolved the leak

Active leak? If it can be sealed safely, we can schedule a temporary repair to protect your building until the permanent fix. We quote it first.

How It Works

Clear findings. A practical plan. Documented repairs.

1. Investigate

We ask when the leak happens, where it appears and what repairs have already been attempted.

We inspect the roofing, drainage and surrounding details, along with accessible areas inside the building where needed. We follow the evidence to understand how water is getting in and traveling.

2. Explain and Plan

You receive documented findings, a written scope of work and a quote. We explain what needs attention now, what can wait and the options available.

Before work begins, we discuss access, operating hours, tenant needs and any expected disruption.

3. Repair and Document

We complete the agreed repairs using materials and methods suited to your roofing system. We keep the work area orderly, clean up when finished and provide before and after photos for your records.

If repairs can extend your roof’s life, we’ll explain how. If restoration, a new system over the existing roof or replacement makes more sense, we’ll show you why. You’ll have clear recommendations without pressure.

Fantastic roofer to work with. We had several bidders come out to inspect our business's flat roof. Their inspector spent nearly an hour on the roof marking all of the deficiencies, while the other companies only spent 10 to 15 minutes before quickly trying to sell us a new roof.

Questions About Commercial Roof Repairs

Is the Inspection Free?

Yes. Our commercial roof inspections and leak investigations are free. We document our findings and explain the recommended work. Repairs are quoted separately.

Can You Help With a Leak That Keeps Coming Back?

Yes. Recurring leaks are a key part of our repair work. We review previous repairs, trace how water travels and investigate surrounding roof details and drainage problems that may have been missed.

Does a Leak Mean We Need a New Roof?

Not necessarily. A targeted repair may be all that’s needed. We assess the leak and the roof’s overall condition, then explain whether repairs are a practical way to keep it performing.

What Should We Share When We Call?

Your property address, where you’re seeing water, when the leak started and whether it happens during rain, wind or melting snow. Information about previous repairs is helpful, but you don’t need to know the roof type or the cause.

Can You Work Around Our Tenants or Business Hours?

We discuss your operating hours, access requirements and tenant concerns when planning the work. We explain any expected noise or disruption so your team can prepare.

How Fast Can You Get Out Here?

We aim to respond to active leaks within 24 hours. Tell us water is coming in when you call and we’ll put you at the top of the list.
