We are roof coating specialists certified through multiple coating manufacturers.

For qualifying roofs, restoration is often about half the cost of a full replacement, depending on the necessary repairs and selected system. 20-year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties are available on qualifying coating and TPO systems.

Our free inspection includes photos, video and a complete breakdown of your roof’s condition. You receive a clear plan explaining the recommended work, cost and warranty options so you can make an informed decision.
Is Restoration Right for Your Roof?
A Lasting Restoration Starts With Proper Preparation.

Preparation
What We Address Before Coating
The preparation makes the difference. We inspect your roofing system from top to bottom and identify what needs repairing. Each roof requires the right combination of cleaning, repairs, sealants, primers and coatings.

Our process addresses waterproofing at seams, roof openings and problem areas before the final coating is applied.

The full coating then provides a continuous protective layer at the thickness required for the selected system and warranty.

• Voids, cuts, punctures and open or failing seams
• Damaged flashing around walls, roof edges and rooftop equipment
• Worn seals around pipes, vents and other roof openings
• Loose fasteners, rust and problem areas on metal roofs
• Older repairs and deteriorating areas that need attention
• Wet or damaged materials requiring repair or removal
• Existing coating issues, surface preparation and drainage concerns

3. Coat and Document
Once repairs and preparation are complete, we apply the full coating to manufacturer specifications, including the thickness required for your selected system and warranty.

You receive photos and documentation of the completed work, maintenance recommendations and applicable warranty documents. We handle applicable manufacturer warranty registration.
If your roof isn’t a good fit for restoration, we’ll show you why and what makes more sense.
