Inspect
We check your roofing, flashing, roof penetrations, fascia and gutters, along with accessible attic areas and ceilings where needed. We document our findings and explain what needs attention.
Plan
We help you compare materials, appearance and warranty options with a detailed written proposal.

Your project manager explains the schedule, what to expect from your foreman and crew, and how we’ll protect your home, belongings and neighboring properties.
Install
We install your roof to manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes. We plan around the weather and protect exposed areas with temporary waterproof coverings as needed.

Our crew cleans throughout the project and at completion, including neighboring areas affected by our work.
Financing options are available through Enhancify, subject to approval. Ask us when we review your proposal.
Warranties for Your New Roof
Every full roof replacement comes with our 10-year workmanship warranty. GAF 50-year warranties are available on qualifying GAF roof systems, and Owens Corning limited lifetime warranties on qualifying Owens Corning systems. Your written proposal explains the coverage, terms and registration requirements for your selected system.

How Long Does It Take?
Most homes are completed in one to two days once work begins. Timing depends on the roof’s size, complexity, condition and the weather. Your project manager explains the expected schedule and keeps you informed if anything changes.

Is the Inspection Free?
Yes. Your roof inspection is free. We document what we find with photos and video, explain your options and quote any work separately.
What Roofs Do You Install?
We install shingles from GAF, Owens Corning, Malarkey, CertainTeed, IKO, PABCO and more. Metal options include standing seam and exposed-fastener systems.

We also install systems for flat and low-slope areas. We explain why we recommend each option for your home.

Do I Need a Full Replacement?
Not always. If repairs or rejuvenation make more sense for your roof, we’ll tell you. You get an honest answer and choose what’s right for your home.
Do You Handle the Permit?
Yes. We obtain required permits, schedule required inspections and handle applicable manufacturer warranty registration. We explain your coverage and provide the relevant documentation.
